Re your FIOS TV Getting started with IMG 1.9
Congratulations on a very helpful and detailed publication.
After reading Pgs 22 and 28 I thought that you would like to know what I have able to do in this subject area.
iPhone 5 iOS 6.1.4 with My Fios Verizon Fios VERSION 3.3.2.8 app installed....RECORDED A PROGRAM
iPad 2 iOS 6.1.3 with Verizon Fios Mobile VERSION 1.71 app installed... VIEWED SCHEDULED RECORDING
All the other capabilities of both apps are working ... TV listings...Live TV...Video on Demand
Thanks again for the wealth of information you have put together.
Thanks for the kind words Tom. Keep in mind that I wrote that when I had 1.9A, not 1.9.1 which I think most people still have today (despite my having 1.9.4 for some strange reason). There were certainly enhancements in 1.9.1 that I have not documented. I had originally planned to update the document as new levels became available, but with the pretty much complete indifference shown by Verizon (and most customers) I decided it wasn't worth the effort. I then sent the original Word document to Verizon hoping they might pick it up, update it, and distribute it, no luck there either. So it is what it is....one of life's little frustrations I guess.....
Again, thanks.
