Many of us have been dealing with this issue for months now. Clearly, Verizon has no intention of fixing or even acknowledging that this is a real issue and that its' customers are getting ready to rebel.
If you're as tired as I am of being treat like this and paying hundreds of dollars each month for the privielge--please help me do something about it.

If you're on FaceBook, Twitter and other social media sites, let your followers know about the petition and ask them to sign. Verizon seems content to ignore us on it's own forums. Maybe some public attention is what they need.
