After almost 4 months of repeated calls and promises from Verizon, we are unable to reconnect our internet service. We did not have hurricane damage to our lines and a tech who came after 3 months, has told us "we just have to activate a central swtch which should be up in two days." That was 2 weeks ago. Calls to a supervisor are not returned. A Verizon tech on site at a neighboring home told us we would be waiting a long time for servuce. Are others on the shore having this problem?
