I've been shuffled to so many departments and had to call so many numbers I'm seriously thinking of drinking again!! Just kidding - stopped over 30 years ago.
Now I'm still on hold with probably the 10th or 11th person. I sure hope all of you have an easier time with your card than me!!
Why do you have to talk to someone to activate it? All I had to do was call an automated system that took a minute to activate mine.
